Regarding poor room service from OYOROOMS, no proper bill

I stayed for 2 days 12.12.17 to 14.12.17 in OYO 3090 Nilachal House, South Extension 1 New Delhi through OYOROOMS, Booking ID SQBE3715. In spite of my repeated requests they are not providing me proper receipt for the payment of Rs4129 made by me to them. The receipt provided has no number and not a gst receipt. The room smelt foul. Linens were dirty. For half a day there was no water in the room. No breakfast wad provided though promised to be complimentary. Terribly unethical.
