Regarding poor service from Dish TV

I registered a complaint with dish tv regarding non working of set top box. Complaint no is 331428410. The custumer care executive assured me that the problem will be resolved with in 24 hrs by changing my set top box. Its already 40 hrs. Very poor response from custumor care centre. Every time they say that our seniors are busy. They will call back you. But never did the call back. More pathetic response from dish tv office at barahdevi Lal palace kanpur by sending me SMS mentioning we are unable to provide home service. Kindly come here and get your box. How can my uninstall my old box by myself. And by d way changing set top box is their duty. Not mine. I have sent mail to customer care and nodal officer of Uttar Pradesh regarding this. But no response from their side. I have recharged my account in advance for 4 months. I want my money back because they are unable to resolve my problem.
