I am writing to report a significant issue with the recent service provided for my Voltas AC unit purchased from Singhal Electronics on Samochi Road, Kherli, Alwar, on June 26, 2020.
A technician diagnosed a technical fault with the PC after the AC displayed a 36 error code. However, upon receiving a replacement PC on April 27, 2024, we found the packaging tampered with, containing an old PC. Despite technician Nxxxxj confirming this, Rxxxxt ji from the Bharatpur service center denied the issue.
