We ordered Refrigerator on 23rd June from dealer AF Metro Home appliances. They instructed us not to turn it on for 3 hours atleast and after 3 he’s when I turned it on, it did not work.
From the same day I am trying to get it replace but no one responds. Phone numbers on warranty card are unreachable or switch off and the only number which works, he doesn’t respond properly. Evry time I reach out to him, he makes some excuses. Now it’s been a week, I’m listening to new excuse daily
But still I am calling them daily in a hope to get some help from them, which won’t happen.
