We had taken a Club Mahindra BLUE package for 15 years. It is in the name of Rxxxxx K (my father). We paid approx Rs. 235000 for the membership and we were promised that as complimentary benefits, we would get 10000Rs worth Amazon coupon & the Annual Subscription Fee (ASF) for the first year would be waived off. However, the salesperson who approached us initially has been not responding properly. He has been delaying with some reasons and has not given us the benefits as promised. When we reached the customer care, they had asked us some proof. We had submitted the whatsapp communication that holds all the promises that were given by the Salesperson. However, the customer care is ignorant to understand the gravity of the situation and is repeatedly asking automated evidence instead of solving the problem. We need proper solution for this. The name of the salesperson is Yxxxxxxr.
