I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a cake I purchased from Monginis , garia station road branch. The cake had a noticeable and unpleasant odor, which made it inedible and entirely unsuitable for consumption.
Following this discovery, I promptly returned the whole cake to the store and reported the issue to the customer service team. However, I was informed that my complaint was considered invalid.
With all due respect, I must strongly disagree with this assessment. As a consumer, I have a reasonable expectation that the food products I purchase will be fresh and safe for consumption. The condition of the cake I received clearly failed to meet these fundamental standards.
Given that I have already returned the cake to your store, I am requesting either a full replacement or a complete refund of the amount I paid. I believe this request is entirely justified based on the condition of the product and the inconvenience caused.
But they are not cooperating. it’s a request please look into this.
