Regarding refund against return of product from AJIO

Return wide leg jeans by vera moda. Return on 17 september 2022 then amount is refund into my wallet then i applied for transferring amount ajio wallet to bank account then amount deducted from ajio wallet but doesn’t transferred into my bank account after so many calls and mails they asked me for bank statement i send it tooo and again and again but still no amount is refunded into my complains even now . Even they create complain and now show resolved but my issue remain unsolved they are making excuse again and again. From last 4 months. order id FN7xxxxxx7 and return id #RT8xxxxxx9

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
