I got two air tickets booked from Pune to Delhi dated 1st November by Happyeasygo on Indigo flight
Unfortunately due to medical reasons had to cancel my travel and did contact the airline for the cancellation to which the airline was very supportive. But as the initial booking was made through agent Happyeasygo, the full refund could not be returned by the airline to the passenger as it will go to the agent and then the agent shall transfer the money to the passenger. Tickets got canceled on 20th October and to date did not receive a refund from the agent Happyeasygo.
The airline has confirmed that the money is returned to the agent but the agent Happyeasygo is not returning the money even after multiple follow up.
Request you please take strict action against Happyeasygo. As I am in desperate need of money for my medical treatment and they are just not returning my money.
