Regarding refund due from Job Placement Services by Sai Group

Fraudulent Job Placement Services by Sai Group of Companies – No Refund Issued. Value: Rs.50000

I would like to raise a complaint against Sai Group of Companies. On September 14, 2023, I paid a total of INR 51,000, including registration charges, for their job placement services, with the promise of securing a job at IBM within three months. They assured me a full refund if they failed to deliver within the specified timeframe. Despite my repeated follow-ups and a formal refund request on March 9, 2023, they have neither placed me in a job nor refunded my money. Instead, they continue to give false promises, respond inadequately, and use harsh language when I inquire about my refund. I seek immediate assistance to recover my money and address this issue.
