On August 16th 2019 I have applied for new internet connection from ACT fibernet and made payment for their 6 months plan, initially I was promised that the connection will be provided within one day but it didnt. Despite of informing about my urgency and need of internet they didnt event responded, everytime when I call their customer care they used to give one new ticket number saying that I will get a call back from them, but to my misfortune I never received any except 1 call when I want to take service from them (initially). And finally when i yelled at them they were telling that they couldn’t not provide service due to some technical issues and hence they can initiate refund, but that was not done immediately despite of numerous calls they have finally initiated but no response from then after (I think they will rise those tickets for namesake but no action will be taken from them) till now I have not received my money which is why I couldnt take another connection either, I request any help from this forum as my work needs internet connectivity and I lost lot of my work just because of ACT Fibernet!
Please help me out in getting my money back from @ACTFibernet
