I’m writing this in hope that you might solve my problem. I received a call from Amity University mentioning that I can apply for my MBA graduation through them. The lady who spoke with me is Rxxxxa. I explained Riya that I do not have a +2 certificate but only have a distance education degree certificate. She said that she will take care of that and will make sure that I will get an admission with the university, for the admission, She urged me to make a payment of 50k mentioning that the last date was may 25th. I asked he numerous times that in spite of me not studying+2, will I still get the admission?? She repeatedly told me that I would. Later, she stopped replying to my messages or calls. Then I called up the actual number I initially received a call from, spoke with Rxxxi, she claims that she is the team leader for the group. She made me pay another 50k giving me the same assurance as Rxxxa. Later when she sees my documents, she behaves as if they do not know the fact that I do not have a +2 which I repeatedly told them an dtold me that I wouldn’t be able to get an admission with the university. Now, I was ok with that and asked her for a refund, then she turned rude towards me and said “sir, there’s no refund as per the University policy, don’t you know that? No college or University gives a refund”. I asked her I agree that I wouldn’t get a refund in the case that I failed to fullfill the requirements, but in this case, it has been a lie and fraud from the beginning, she yelled at me and told me that refund will not happen as per the policy of the university. I have paid 50k*2 times a total of 1 lakh by availing a loan. Someone please help me with this issue so that I can get money. I have all the transaction copies of my money paid and as well as the call recordings of the conversation. This is related to the university in Bangalore. Hoping for a positive response. Thanks.
