Regarding refund from Byjus for cancellation of subscription

In September my father registered for byjus tutions for my younger sister who is currently studying in 5th std but after that my father wanted to cancel the same , he was told that once we receive the byjus tab after that within 15 days we can cancel the subscription and get the refund of around 16000 which was paid at first and within 15 days my father mailed for cancellation but after that we are calling continuously no one is giving solutions just people are telling you’ll get a call back and your cancellation is under process inspite of this the monthly installment is being deducted at 2nd date of every month and the total amount paid till now is 23500 rupees as of 25th November 2023 and this 2nd December again instalment of 5000 or 6000 will be deducted
