Regarding refund from Dreamz Infra

I have booked an FLAT with Dreamz Infra Pvt ltd, bangalore giving them an amount of 1,50,000/- and due to some personal reasons i have moved to hyderabad and went for cancellation of the FLAT, they have given me an 90 days post dated cheque and asked me to honour in the given bank and when i have honoured the bank says there is no amount maintained in that account and when i went to them they gave one more refund cheque and said they will deposit the money by the date mentioned on it and same thing. I called them many times but no response.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
