I had book an ticket for a journey from bhopal to bhatapara journey date 8 nov 2017 by chatisgarh expres But train was late for 12 -13 hrs from his actual time. So there was a return journey from bhatapara to bhopal on very next day i.e 9 nov by amarkantak express.
Due to delay in train for 12 – 13 hrs i had cancelled a ticket and filed tdr with a reason that train was late more than 3 hrs..
At that time complaint was registered but after some days .. tdr had been rejected .. i had called many times to customer care , many mails ..But they always disconnect the phone by saying u have travelled in that train. Again n again they disconnect the phone.
And they are not replying to the mails.
I had told them that how can i travel through chatisgarh express when there was return journey from bhatapara . If i could wait for chatisgarh express than my return journey could not get completed.
So it was a mandatory journey for us to travel to bhatapara on time.
So we had travel from amarkantak express from bhopal to bhatapara at 15:40 through a gen ticket .
I had upload a screenshot of my tickets and also of return journey ..
I request you to please look forward to my complaint .

We suggest you submit a written letter to IRCTC (send it by speed post) with proof of TDR and your other ticket (general ticket). If they are not processing your refund then you will have to directly write to CCM of the ticket issuing zone.
