Regarding refund from Jio mart for cancelled order

Refund for cancelled order. Value: ?382

I have ordered 2 items from jio mart on 22nd feb, 2024. Out of which order of one item worth ?382 got cancelled by seller on next day and notification was shown saying refund will be initiated in to source account within 7 days. I have tried thier customer support via chat, raised multiple tickets and send several e-mails and yet refund has not been initiated.
