I paid for application fee of 1,00,007.08 (including transaction charges) to KMDA for it’s housing project Maddhyahna 2-room flat. My online brochure s. no. is – 10000135.
But, to my surprise though the payment was debited from my SBI bank a/c but my application was not successfully submitted. Then I contacted KMDA. They said (verbally as they never reply to my emails) that they have not received the payment and asked to contact SBI. But, on contacting SBI they said – “As confirmed with merchant, transaction IGACGLSID4 has been successful and settled on 28th October, 2017. For more detail kindly contact your merchant”.
Again I contacted KMDA, they replied ( verabally, as they did not reply to emails ) it would be refunded, it will take some time, please wait.
Now after such a long wait I have not yet received my refund and hence contacted again KMDA. KMDA saying (again verbally ) that their bank – Axis Bank has not yet received the money. Probably the money is somewhere stuck at the billdesk and as their bank Axis Bank has not yet received the payment, hence they are not able to refund the money. They are looking after the issue and trying to solve it soon. Neither they are refunding my money nor giving any written assurance.
