Regarding refund from Meesho for delivering wrong products

I bought two products from meesho (kjk enterprises). They sent me garbage instead of my original products. On complaining they told me that my refund will be processed by 31st october but today they are saying that the refund request is cancelled. I am attaching the mail they sent me and all the other documents
