Regarding refund from Shopclues

DEAR SIR, WHILE PURCHASING KURTA THE TRANSACTION IS FAILED WHILE MONEY IS ALSO DEDUCTED. STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. I Complianed more than 40 times . Please find the attachement where Order Id is 137863487 (failed transaction but not recevied the refund)
