Regarding refund from UPSRTC after bus cancellation

I had booked my tickets from Lucknow to Prayagraj for 09/11/2023 and unfortunately the bus was cancelled by UPSRTC. I spoke to the executives and was informed that my booking amount will be refunded within 10 days. It has been 15 days and i haven’t received a single penny back. Please look into this matter.
