I Cancelled my service on September 14th , 2017 since I was not getting any signal from September 1st, 2017. Its been more than a month and I still haven’t got the refund. I had recharged for 1575 by end of August 2017. Hence I need the refund after deducting money till August 31st, 2017. I also need a compensation for the amount I have spent on calls and for the mental torture Videocon customer care have given me. I spoke to multiple people including a Team Manager named Ingesh who didn’t even bother to solve my problem.
