Regarding refund from Vijay sales for cancelled order

I ordered mobile phone(OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G (8 GB RAM, 256 GB ROM, Chromatic Gray)) from Vijay sales online on 28th July 2023. They have promised the delivery date will be 1st August 2023 but they failed to delivery on time due to this I have cancelled the order.

Customer representative from Vijay sales told me refund will be done within 7-10 days but till today no refund from Vijay sales.

Kindly look into this issue asap.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
