Regarding refurbished Nokia 5 phone from Flipkart

I purchased a Nokia 5 phone from Flipkart on 17th March 2021. within 45 days phone batterry got buldged and panel came-out . i went nokia show room and they confirmed that it’s a re-fabricated phone and they can’t give any warrantly.

I raised compalint in Flipkart, they just resolving the issue without any solution. Based on IMEI number it is more than 2-3 years old. Flipkart is cheating trusted customers with this way.

The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
