I was made a member of Priority International Pvt. Ltd. (a Holiday & tours/travels company) in Pune Maharashtra. I purchased their 30yrs membership in 2014. It was not just holiday package that was attractive but all those facilities which came with the membership was the main reason for buying the plan. But this is really unprofessional that this company (don’t know whether this exist anymore or not) stopped all the facilities all of a sudden and didn’t even bother to inform us. We made repeated calls and mails but no one ever responded.
After paying the amount (in 02 yrs. as an EMI payment through credit card), I thought to avail their holiday in 2017 but the company was no more available on above address & no contact detail is available to reach them.
Whatever be your reason we only demand to get our money refunded back which comes up to total of 2.25lac. We haven’t availed any of the holiday package till now or made use of any facilities which of course is not available and were only false promises.
Please help me lodge complaint against them & recover my hard earned money.
