Regarding services from Agrawal Packers & movers.

I book my house hold goods for shifting from Meerut to Behrampur by agency Agrawal Packers & movers. They delivered my house hold goods on dated 9 sept. 2021. But 2 items boat Speaker & Luminous inverver battery not received on that day and one item sr no. 19 which is received is not mine. Some household material are received in damaged condition like fridge ,cooler, washing machine & some crockery items. I complaint this to Agrawal packers & movers but all are giving excuses for this no body give the right solution for this. So i raise this complaint on consumer forum platform for seeking help in matters.
