Regarding services from Amazon

Pathetic service by amazon. As I had selected free shipping I received a local courier agency whose delivery boy was abusive and behaves very bad post that I was told I will get my product delivered through other service which I didn’t rather my products were sent back to the seller and amount refunded without even my knowledge where as I was waiting for the products this morning. Customer service is also not that great as they listen to you for hours together but don’t help.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.

Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.613/-: Mr. Karan Kapoor of Mohali, Punjab ordered for one Orpat hand blender with Snapdeal. However, the product was not shipped and Snapdeal was not giving any proper answer. The customer posted his complaint with ICF on 19-01-2015 and the matter was taken up with Snapdeal. Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18.
