Regarding services from Best Partner Matrimony

My sister came to know about the Best Partner Matrimony through agent. She convinced my sister to take services by sending me good profiles for myself. My sister fell into her trap and made a payment of 3500?. But after the payment Sana stopped answering the messages as well as calls. She also misbehaved with my sister when my sister called her. Sana started sending pathetic profiles and blaming us for not taking an interest. We wanted a refund which she denied Also she never told us that she would send weekly profiles. After the payment, she made such conditions. Which she never mentioned before the payment. Please help us to get a refund. And also take strict action against such scammers. I’m attaching payment details.
