Regarding services from Best Partner Matrimony

I had a call from Best Partner Matrimony representative and they show me a bio data of a girl then they tell me to send money for more information from the girl’s family after that i sent 2500/- on phone pay (Screenshot Attached) now i m trying to call the representative again for more information but their phones are switched off. Its request for all to tell us from where i want to complete and suggest me something.
