I engaged in constructing a residential house with a construction company Bricto Constructions. as per initial statement of work in Feb/Mar, 2017. I made payment of Rs.50,000.00 towards advance. However, I am still to receive even one complete deliverable. Only thing I received is the proposed building plan on paper(not ready to be submitted to concerned authority for approval). After following up for months I was asked to pay more (~Rs.1,50,000.00) for progressing further. I am not having responses from the company regarding refund.
Request you please help me getting the refund from the company.
