We deal with Chitransh interior decor on 6th Aug’2021. In this deal they were agreed to provide civil work, POP , Electric fitting, wooden work , plumbing work , paint and wall paper with all materials. The deal was 5,60,000 in 2 months. I have paid Rs.4,02,100 amount to them from 8-Aug-21 to 15-Sep-21. They demanded the amount every week in the name of materials required but never dumped materials fully. No designs given by them before finalzing the implementation. so that’s why whenever changes happened due to negligence & non-professional behavior. Most of the time they stopped the work due to materials not dumped & also labors were not coming for work & always given excuses. Most of time we intimated about work progress is very very slow but they are not responding. All work are pending till date and now stopped work from last 10 days and threating to pay otherwise they are not willing to continue the work. I offered them once you dumped whole material then will pay the amount. i have chat as proof & all payments through online transaction.
I want to file the fraud case against them & want to back my full amount due to fraud case. Attached the deal quotes got at the time of deal.
