I had given Rs. 5416 for job interviews but got the job from my own. I shared the details with ECPS but their response was unprofessional and committed to provide refund by 20 or 30 Dec 2023(after 5 months approx). I told them to provide refund by 29 even though it was unjustified and delayed a lot as most of the people will be on leave but now their phones are switched off for both Customer Support and Refund teams.
Seems to be a huge fraud and complaint should be filed against them.
They had their website and government certificates. Don’t know how and why government issues certifications for such fraud organisation.
