Regarding services from shubhmangal matrimonial portal

Hello I registered for my brother on shubhmangal matrimony actually as soon as I registered on Marathi shadi.com I received call n msg from Kxxxxi relationship manager of Shubhmangal matrimony n she told me about packages n said if marriage will not happned in 6month we will refund money and I have WhatsApp messages also for same, after paid amount no proper revert from them n within month Mxxxxa called me told she is new manager n sending mail of brides which don’t have any contact information and if I asked for after 7-8 days got revert from Mxxxxa n marriage is not happened and I am not at happy with services so asked for refund n she literally denied. Mxxxxxa said refund is not possible as discount given n before paying money they told me it is full refund once you paid it is not refundable n not responding mail or messages. I have mailed them all message history but still not responding. Please take action on this matrimonial site.
