Regarding services from Uber cab driver

Today I book a cab .And cab can’t reach but he told me by phone I stay here your location .lam also stand there but I can’t find cab. I try calling but driver can’t pick the call after half an hour call me .I told them why can’t pick my call you are late . Driver talk me to missbihave and cancel.the cabe .And cancellation charge send to me how would irresponsible uber services. Every time cancellation charge collect to customer it’s bad show . Refund entire previous cancellation by driver Refund to me .

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
