I was fleeced at Gk 2 branch, New Delhi. They pushed me to go for cool sculpting & Thermage at their GK 2 Center promising to convert the cost zero intrest EMI .
1) Thermage treatment was complete waste of Rs 80, 000/-
2) I was charged Interest & GST on intrest of about 11000/- on EMI conversion. I
After 1 st EMI only , I communicated it to them of the intrest charged & they promised to take care of it as the transaction was supposed to be at zero interest. Now they are asking me to use services worth that amount , when I am completely dissatisfied with the earlier results .
3) Also after spending close to 2.1 lakh rs at the center , I was promised of reward points which I could use in future , but there’s no trace of these points .
