Regarding services provided by Swami Travels, Borivali

This complaint is regarding Swami travels. I have booked an Ambernath to Mahabaleshwar package from them and they picked me from Ambernath and while dropping from Mahabaleshwar, they dropped me at Vashi bridge and offered me Rs. 200 for travelling from Vashi to Ambernath.

I refused to take 200 rupees as OLA was charging me Rs. 640. I took OLA cab from Vashi and paid Rs. 640 to OLA.

I have attached OLA bill receipt.

I want a refund for Rs. 640 which I paid to OLA cab.

The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
