Regarding servicing of Ampere Magnus Pro electric vehicle

No service backup. The vehicle requires service immediately. Value: The vehicle has given good performance. But now I am regretting regarding purchasing the vehicle because there is no service backup at Mysore, Karnataka State.

Now there is no service backup at Mysore, Karnataka State. I am suffering a lot. I have purchased “Ampere Magnus Pro” model electric vehicle. It is now not taking charge. There is a ware out regarding cable wire. There is fluctuation in the ignition key section. Horn at a very low pitch since from the purchase date. The vehicle has given good performance. But now I am regretting regarding purchasing the vehicle because there is no service backup at Mysore, Karnataka State. Please do something to solve this problem.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
