Regarding servicing of laptop by Reliance Digital

In July 2021, I made a laptop purchase from the Reliance Digital store located in Narapally, Hyderabad. The laptop served me well until July 2023, when it unexpectedly encountered a severe malfunction, rendering it non-functional. To address this issue, I promptly reached out to Reliance Digital and raised a formal complaint regarding the problem I was facing with my laptop.

In response to my complaint, I complied with the store’s instructions and brought my laptop to their premises, where I submitted it on July 21, 2023. At that time, I was hopeful that the technical glitch would be resolved efficiently, allowing me to resume using my laptop for both personal and professional purposes.

However, as of now, more than one month has passed since I handed over my laptop, and the problem remains unresolved. During this period, I have been in contact with the store’s customer service representatives, but they have cited various reasons for the delay in resolving the issue. This has left me understandably concerned and eager to understand the expected timeline for the issue to be rectified and for me to receive my laptop back in working condition. I have reached out to CEO of reliance digital its been a week no proper resolution from his end too. Kindly help us in this regard.
