I had booked my stay cambay grand at ahmedabad from yatra. The initial room which we were provided was very dirty and inside a lobby and not safe for 2 girls. I even called yatra for complain they told within half an hour problem would be solved. But nothing was done i had to repeatedly tell at desk for clean room. Later they shifted us at another room. That room was also not cleaned. Fungus at pillow and bedsheet. Dust was all around.They promised that room will be cleaned and we went out for dinner. Even after coming after 2hrs our room was same. Later waited for half an hour for room service people to come they didnt came. At 11.30 night we made them cleaned the room by standing over thr head. In between we agained called yatra at 9.30 around and told them about issue they promised to speak to manager and revert back. I had told yatra we want refund or stay at some other hotel. They said it will be resolved and will call me back. But nothing happend. Meanwhile my friend was not well so we slept their later we came to know from 3 days hot water is not coming in hotel. And told them to give us 3 hot water bucket they gave us one at 12 mid night and other 2 bucket never came. In morning i told them to provide for hot water early as we had to leave for anand office they provided water very late and that water was also not hot. Very poor service. I had to suffer loss because of this. I had to reach my office for urgent meeting. But now not well had to go to dr. And plus i incurred loss at office.
