I generally do yearly recharges. Today when i was checking my account on d2h website i found that they have activated 2 addons(d2h cooking and topper tv) without informing me. When I called their customer care they agreed that their backend team have actiavted those two from july(have call recording as proof). But they are refusing to refund the amount(900 approx). They kept me on hold for arounfd 10 mins and disconnected later. Please help me and take strict action against these unethical companies.
