Regarding unauthorised transaction on PayTm

Paytm refused to refund of amounting Rs 1559. Value: Rs 1559

An unexpected unauthorised transaction happened on 14/04/2022 while shopping online on principal live.store/user/info but the said site was fake I know now. Rs 1559 was deducted from my account (debit card) throw Paytm. Transaction was successful but order not confirmed. Paytm refused to refund the same yet till date despite requested many times.
