Regarding unexplained extra charge by Paytm for soundbox

Paytm deducts exctra charge for business soundbox. Value: 84

I have a small grocery shop in Berasia , in the month of December one  Paytm soundbox agent installed a payment box on my shop. For this he told me that this soundbox will be installed with the one time fees of rs 79 and rs 15 per month will be deducted from your collection as device operating charges. I asked him is there any restriction on specific payment collection or something like that or will this month plan change if I collect less/no payment. He told me there is no such restrictions, and accordingly rs. 15 for December and rs. 15 for January deducted from my collection. But for the month of February rs 99 was deducted from my collection and when I lodged a complaint against their they told me since I have collected less number of payment they have charged rs. 99 from me. When I asked them even though in the month of December and January I accepted same number of payment as in December and January then why do they charged rs. 15 from me so they didn’t give proper answer and closed my ticket .

Here the question is not of big or small amount but of false promises by the company.and i want my money back because charge was rs 15 per month and rs 99 was deducted and therefore I want refund of extra deduction of rs 84
