Regarding Vodafone SIM activation

I have purchase a new Vodafone Sim from Vodafone re-seller 15 days ago. But someone activate my number without my approval on 28 July 17. This is very big responsibility of Vodafone staff.

How can activate my number to other person without my approval. After check the record from Vodafone store. SIM is running with my documents.

Please give me a valuable answer regarding this.

Refund from Shopclues – Rs.15,990/- : Amit Kumar Nath of Surapet, Vinayagapuram ordered a 32 inch samsung LED tv on shopclues.com on 23rd Jan,2016. vide order no 873104317.
