I have ordered a wooden mandir from Insarf.com with free door delivery. As per their version, they have attempted once for delivery but to an incomplete address, they returned back. Now to come again they are asking Rs 1500 to deliver mandir worth Rs7500/ – . Second, at the time of purchase, I provided the full address but while handing it over to a third party insarf have not passed the same.
Now either they are delivering the product or refunding the money. Their customer care service is pathetic and not providing any solution on the same.
