Regarding wrong product delivery by Flipkart

This flipkart company dont try to help customers.  in my case they have made it even worse instead of solving it. i have placed a order for the product and i got a different product. The product which was delivered to me supposed to be received by some other girl. and when my mom asked the delivery person to check the name he said i have checked and without checking any details on the parcel he had given the parcel and refused to take it back when i requested him to take it back and give me the my product which i have ordered.  now its the fault of the ekart delivery person, if he had listened to my request and change it at that time only, my issue had been solve by now. and when i contacted flipkart customer care they said they cannot help.

At least i will never ever purchase anything from the flipkart app. its useless.
