We have been following up with Ikea India through calling their Customer Support and also sending emails.
We had placed orders of several items with them as attached. We had asked them several times if their mattress is firm as the user, who is my mother of age 73 years, has a lower back issue. We specifically asked for their most firm mattress but they sent a mattress which was very soft and the Doctor has asked my mother not to use a soft mattress.
We did not open the packaging and it is still lying in the same original packing ( photo enclosed ).
They are refusing to take it back and refund the amount. They are giving Covid as an excuse. To take orders and delivery goods, they are okay with Covid but they are not ready to take back a wrong product they have sent.
Please assist.
