Regarding wrong product received from shoppingbazar.com

I have ordered a set of three kurtas from shoppingbazar.com of Rs.799 , but I recieved a wrong product. I want to return the product but coudn’t able to contact them. The number mentioned on package is 8xxxxxxx5 and address is H85 street area, New Delhi. I SEND Them email but didnt recieve any reply .

Prestige Grinder servicing by TTK: Naveen Kumar, Vaanagaram Road, Athipet, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email: naveen_5050(at)yahoo.com) had bought a prestige grinder on 16th July 2011. From the day he was having problems with the machine. He many times but he was not getting service from Prestige.
