I had booked a car online through zoom car app. The agent reached on time to hand over the car and made me fill the formalities online as I was a first time user of this service. The car given to me was in a damaged condition and the agent asked me to click on minor damages on the app form while starting the journey.
While returning the car in the same condition as it was given Zoom Car charges me RS. 10000 on damages which were there when the car was handed over to me.
Inspite on multiple complains and emails they refuse to even consider the issue or get it checked but very conveniently mentioned that it is not our problem and you have to bare the charges.
All I asked is I need a documented proof that was shown to me while given me the car which mentions the condition in the car when handed over to me if you are charging me RS. 10000 as damages, but they refuse to even do that.
