I had been using Reliance Digital TV services a year ago and stopped using them due to expensive monthly recharges. My Smart card number is 2xxxxxxxxx6. After more than a year, since our local cable network has some issues, I recharged my reliance connection for an annual package of Rs.1499 on 31st January 2018, but didn’t see any channels immediately and I was told that I would see them within 24 hours.
Even after 2 days of waiting I didn’t see anything & the customer care executives asked me to do another recharge of Rs.175 for sending a technician home and I even did that on 3rd Feb as they told me that there would be some issue with the smart card or set top box. Till date the technician has not arrived and they keep saying that someone would come within 24 hours whenever I call them and they don’t even produce the number of the technician.
I have been cheated by Reliance & I want the money back. Please help me get all the money back.

Issue resolved as the company replaced the Smart Card.
