Reliance JIO providing call details without subscriber consent

This is to inform you I strongly seeking your intervention and help me out from the below mentioned situations
1.Relience jio from kolkata provided all the call (7xxxxxxx0)details of last six months details to Mr Mxxxxn Sxxxn without my permission.
2.He shown me all the call details sitting in front of me.
3.now he told me reliance jio will provide him the call recording of past of my mob no(7xxxxxx0)on 20 th june 2018.
Kindly help me on an urgent besis
