Request for Ban on Production of Plastic covers

There is an unhealthy practice of plastic covers products supplying to shop owners. This product was already banned in India to save environment. More and more campaigns are conducting by NGOs to motivate public. The production should be stopped immediately. Simply some departments are riding on shops to collect penalties.

How far it’s genuine? Who will take necessary action to stop these rides on poor business people

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
