Request for refund amount to be credited in bank account

This is to bring to your kind attention that I had purchased flight tickets  (SpiceJet) for myself and my mother to travel from Delhi to Kolkata via MakeMyTrip portal on 19th may 2020.

Due to travel restrictions during Covid-19 pandemic we were unable to utilize the tickets and hence requested for a full refund.

MakeMyTrip only offered a voucher to us stating we would be eligible to change the travel dates in future.

We do not wish to avail the voucher and would reiterate our claim for a full refund and the amount to be credited to our bank account.
